Do I earn a badge for gifting?

Yes, I earn the honour of a badge after gifting a loved one a Curegarden product.

Can I personalise my gift?

Yes, I can write a personal message for the loved one I am gifting the product to at the time of placing the order.

Can I transfer my points?

No, points cannot be transferred.

Do I earn a badge for being a member?

Yes, I do!

How long are my points valid for?

My points are valid for 24 months from the month of earning. At the end of every month, points over 24 months old will expire and be deducted from my account.

How can I redeem my points?

I can redeem the points at the checkout stage of an order.
The points available for redemption will be visible to me at checkout. The value of the points in Rs. (100 points equal to Rs. 1) would reflect as a discount and would reduce the invoice value AFTER any other deductions.

Do I earn extra points when I gift a product to a loved one?

Yes, I earn 1.5 times the number of points for an order that’s a gift to a loved one.

Do I earn extra points when I subscribe to a product?

Yes, I earn 1.5 times the number of points for a subscribed product order.

How can I earn points?

I can earn points by:
1. Creating an account
Get 5,000 points when I make my account.

2. Making a purchase
Earn points for every Rupee I spend depending on my level.
• Level 1: Earn 1 point per RS.1
• Level 2: Earn 2 points per RS.1
• Level 3: Earn 4 points per RS.1

3. Referring a loved one
Earn 7,500 points for me and 5,000 for my loved one when he/she becomes a member and makes their first purchase.

4. On my birthday!
Get a 5,000 point birthday bonus every year.

How can I become a member of the Loyalty Program?

All I have to do is sign up. What’s more, I get 5,000 points when I join!

How can I track my order status?

I can track my order status from my profile.

Can I change the address after my order is shipped?

No, unfortunately the address cannot be changed once the order is picked up by our delivery partner for shipping.

How quickly are orders usually processed and shipped?

Orders are usally processed and picked up for shipping within 24-48 hours.
Shipments are effective on all working days (Monday to Friday) except holidays.

My order is delayed. What can I do?

Orders are typically shipped on time as per our delivery partners.
However, in case of a delay due to unforeseen situations or reasons beyond our control (e.g. lockdown, flood, etc), our customer care executives will be in touch to offer the best possible solution.

What methods can I use to make payment?

The payments methods I can use are:
• Credit and debit cards
• UPI
• Net banking
• E-wallets
• Cash on delivery (for select regions)

How should I store Curegarden products?

I should close the bottles tightly after breaking the seal. I should also:
• Store them in a cool and dry place.
• Keep them out of the reach of children.

What should I do if I miss a dose?

I shouldn’t worry and just take the dose as advised when I realise I’ve missed it! However, if the time is close to my next dose, then I should continue with my usual regimen.

When should I expect to see results?

Every individual is different so the speed of results may vary. But I should see results after 3-6 weeks if I take the recommended dose regularly as advised.

Who are Curegarden products recommended for?

Curegarden products are recommended for people who wish to improve or maintain their health and quality of life naturally.

Do Curegarden products cause any side effects?

No, Curegarden products don’t typically cause side effects. However, every individual is unique and may react to a supplement differently. This usually due to allergies or underlying health conditions.
Please consult a healthcare practitioner before taking any supplement; especially if pregnant, taking any medications or facing any health conditions.

What is done to ensure the safety of Curegarden products?

Curegarden products undergo multiple rounds of testing at various stages to ensure their safety.
• The ingredients used are chosen carefully based on their proven effectiveness in scientifically conducted clinical studies.
• They are tested to ensure they are safe from harmful products like pesticide residue, heavy metal inclusions, etc.
• Furthermore, the products themselves are tested after manufacturing to ensure their dosage and integrity.

How many days does a refund take to process after cancellation/return?

It can take up to 3-7 working days for the amount to be refunded.

How will the amount be refunded to me in case of a cancellation/return?

The amount will be deposited in my bank account.

When can I cancel my order?

I can cancel my order before it is picked up by a delivery partner for shipping.

How can I return a product?

I can return a product by courier. I should contact the customer service to initiate a return and for further guidance.

Can I return a product? When am I allowed to do so?

Yes, I can return a product if:
• I received the wrong product/order
• The product/order was damaged/unsealed when delivered
Please note that opened products cannot be returned due to safety concerns.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, I can cancel my subscription but it should be done before the my subscription order is picked up by the delivery partner for shipping. I should contact customer care for further details about the same.

How long can I pause my subscription for at a stretch?

I can pause my subscription for maximum 12 months.

Can I pause/resume my subscription?

Yes, I can pause / resume my subscription from my profile.

Can I change the delivery address of my subscription? How many days in advance does it have to be changed?

Yes, I can change the delivery address but it should be done before the my subscription order is picked up by the delivery partner for shipping. I should contact customer care for further details about the same.

When is my product /order auto shipped every month?

My order is shipped on the date of the original order based on the frequency chosen by me.

Do I / my loved ones need supplements?

Chances are that I or my loved ones are missing essential nutrients through the food we eat. Natural supplements are a great way to ensure a person is getting all the nutrients they need to stay healthy!

Can I take supplements on my own, without a doctor’s prescription?

While a doctor’s prescription is not necessary, it is always recommended to consult one before taking any supplements. Especially if I’m pregnant, taking any medications or facing any health conditions.
