You must maintain a tight control on your routine – and have a well-balanced combination of diet, exercise and sleep. Good nutrition helps control blood sugar levels especially when you are stressed. Exercise not only helps to burn calories but also stress. Increase your daily dose of exercise to let out the stress. Most importantly, you must rest well and ensure you get sufficient sleep.
One way to deal with stress is to have coping methods in place. Have a positive attitude and snap out of negative thoughts that trigger stress. Keep yourself occupied with things that make you happy so that you are distracted from attracting thoughts that are stressful. Practice meditation because it can work wonders with relieving the body and mind from stress.
