Arthritis is defined as the inflammation of our joints. There are more than 100 types of arthritis being reported worldwide. It is caused mainly due to injuries, immune system failure, and infections and there are chances of it being transferred genetically too. People with increased weight is more subjected to get arthritis compared to the lean ones.

Two of the most recurring forms of arthritis are rheumatoid and osteoarthritis.   4. Reduce the chances of getting injured: Take extra care to protect your joints while running or performing sports activities. Use knee protection bands if necessary.
  5. Take in small amounts of alcohol: Drinking a legit amount of alcohol will reduce the risk of getting arthritis and other heart diseases.
